My body weight to where your body needs it most.
The session will begin with light delicate light touch, into slower and deeper pressure moving up and down the body, pressure point release, cradling and twisting the body.
Dedicated touch to the head, feet and hands.
I’ll work in broad deep strokes to deeply relax muscles and make you feel good.
